In response to this, Connect Reading has launched its easy to use Go4Green guide to reducing your greenhouse gases by taking simple effective steps at a pace that works for your business.

The easy to use Go4Green tool uses a traffic light approach that will help companies move from Red to Green with simple money saving ideas. If your business has not started on this journey Red will be right for you - with suggestions such as buying recycled products and turning off printers and copiers when not in use - that are also easy to implement and, in many cases, can reduce costs. Companies who have already embarked on reducing emissions, waste and energy may want to move straight to Green where the actions are more advanced - such as calculating your carbon footprint and taking steps to reduce it and identifying a board level champion for Climate Change.
