Wayne Helmore, Director, Front Page Advantage started the forum off with a reflection on social media as a tool for customer and employee engagement. We then heard from Chris Bloomfield, Neighbourhood Regeneration Manager from Reading Borough Council about how communities develop. We then had a case study of a private and charity sector partnership project called 'Winter Watch'. Lesley Rudd from BG Group spoke about how they get involved in community projects and its sponsorship of Winter Watch and then we heard from Ian Caren from Launchpad Reading about how as one of the charities involved what it meant for the clients.
